Celebrating 75 years of St. Sebastian’s School

js

On the morning of September 29, 1941, St. Sebastian’s held its first ever day of classes on Nonantum Hill, the site of its first campus in Newton. Seventy-five years later, we recount St. Sebastian’s rich history and celebrate its enduring values.

This milestone anniversary provides a unique opportunity to look back at the many extraordinary people and stories that have been a part of this great School. Through the Arrows Archive blog, we hope to provide a little bit of everything from across the decades, ranging from informative to nostalgic and entertaining!

We hope our alumni and other members of our community enjoy these snapshots of St. Sebastian’s history, including photographs, documents and memorabilia.
